The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) spearheaded the 4th ONE Ilocos Sur Job Fair as one of the five main event of the Labor Day Festival happened at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood and Development Center.

The event has listed over 6,000 jobs combined from the 57 different participating public and private employers. Twenty-two national agencies participated as One-Stop Shop service of the fair. There were 287 hired on the spot out from 634 job applicants who flocked in the area.
