Governor Jerry Singson represented by Jester Singson graced the Blessing and Inauguration of Sta. Lucia Sanitary Landfill located at Brgy. Palali Norte.

The Municipal Government of Sta. Lucia led by Mayor Joseph Simon Valdez also turned over one multicab for the said barangay as service vehicle going to the site.

Other attendees were PENRMO Edgar Yabes, PENR Officer Rosemarie B. Jornacion, CENR Officer Southern Ilocos Sur-Tagudin Danilo Manaloto.
