The 21st Region 1 Technical Conference attended by around 300 onsite delegates and around 400 virtual delegates from the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. and Ilocos Sur Chapter as the Lead Support were conducted at Hotel Linda, Vigan City last 21-22 April 2023.
Governor Jerry Singson represented by Atty. Jannah Singson took part in the event as he stressed the importance of the conference as a great avenue for Civil Engineers to earn the continuing professional development units required by the Law.
