On the last day of the celebration of Ilocos Sur Kannawida Festival 2023, Governor Jerry Singson congratulated and thanked the winners and organizers of the Arts and Culture Exhibit during the closing ceremony entitled Art of Love which was a night of Love, Art, Music and Spoken Poetry.

Aside from the awarding, one of the highlights of the event was the acknowledgement of an International Photographer from South Korea, Mr. Cheon Yonsoo and presented his short video and photographs of the beautiful marine biodiversity of Ilocos Sur taken in the Municipality of Narvacan.
