The National Commission of Senior Citizens(NCSC) in partnership with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conducted a Consultation Dialogue with the leaders of the Federation of Senior Citizens Association of the Philippines – Ilocos Sur Chapter along with the different Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officers in the province regarding on the

Program Transition, Gaps and Challenges in the Implementation of Program and Services for Older Persons and the Developement of National Senior Citizens Database.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon F. Tagorda expressed his gratitude to NCSC for bringing inclusive and responsive initiatives and services to the elders.

Also present during the event were SPM Thrid Ranches, NCSC Commissioners Mr. Ricardo Rainier Cruz, III and Mr. Reymar Mansilungan, FSCAP President Catalino Dilem Jr. and PSWDO Rodrigo Llameg.
