Governor Jerry Singson once again provided access to health care through the ONE Ilocos Sur Health Caravan. The services were direct medical treatment, free medicines and assistive devices to the residents of San Esteban, Ilocos Sur.

Food packs, and hot arroz caldo were also served thru the ONE Ilocos Sur Mobile Kitchen. In addition, slippers and shoes were also distributed by the Deo Kid Foundation, a partner of the PGIS during health caravans.
