Governor Jerry Singson represented by Atty. Jannah Singson attended and delivered a keynote address during the opening plenary of the Philippine Association of Local Government Accountants, Inc., 15th Northern Luzon Geographical Conference held at the Vigan Convention Center.

Around 3, 000 to 4,000 delegates from Regions 1, 2, 3, CAR and NCR participated the three-day conference are composed of provincial and municipal officials, employees, barangay and SK officials who are performing finance functions.

Officials from other provinces who attended the event were Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya Mayor Ronelie Valtoribio ,Kibungan, Benguet Mayor Cesar Molitas, Cabagan, Isabela Mayor Christopher Mamauag, Tublay, Benguet Vice Mayor Juan Esnara.

Other guests and speakers were Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson, Vice Mayor Randy Singson, beauty pageant titleholder Ms. Venus Raj, Vigan City Senior Tourism Operations Officer Jo-anne Margarita Gutierrez, and PRC-CPD Council for Accountacy Member Ferdinand Rodriguez.
