The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur served almost 500 patients of Sta. Catalina, Ilocos Sur during the ONE Ilocos Sur Health Caravan happened this 11 April 2023.

Benefitting the needy sectors, the caravan provided blood pressure monitoring, treatment of minor illnesses and operations, dental check-up, distribution of assistive devices, food packs and medicines.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda was accompanied by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ronnie Rapanut, Art Oandasan, Gina Cordero, Mildred Elaydo, Jimboy Singson, Sta. Catalina Mayor Edgar Rapanut, Vigan City SPM Bobit Singson, and Atty. Jannah Singson attended the caravan.
