In time with the Town Fiesta of Burgos, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson brought the ONE Ilocos Sur Health Caravan where hundreds of patients availed the one-day health mission which offered free medical and dental consultation, minor surgery, and ophthalmology check-up. Free medicines, vitamins and assistive devices were provided to the residents in need.

The PGIS Mobile Hospital formerly donated by the LCS Group of Companies of former Governor Chavit Singson and the One Ilocos Sur Mobile Kitchen that served hot and nutritious arroz caldo were also utilized during the event.

Along the medical mission were the distribution of slippers and thriftbox from the Deokid/Biotech Foundation headed by Mrs. Cris Valdeo.
