The Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Ilocos Sur Chapter presented their plans and programs to Governor Jerry Singson particularly the IBP free legal aid program. Ilocosurians will be the lead beneficiary of this.

They also invited the Governor for a testimonial dinner of the newly BAR passers on 29 July 2022.

The Organization led by Atty. Edsel Abela, President of IBP was very much delighted with the Governor’s initiative to fully-support their organization, to give free legal assistance to the poor and indigents with the financial and logistical support.
