Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson started the 4-day strategic planning workshop for the Executive and Legislative Agenda (ELA) of the province for 2022 – 2025 at the Azalea Residences, Baguio City with a Holy Mass yesterday 19 July 2022.

This will pave the way for a fruitful and productive implementation of the programs, projects and initiatives for the welfare of Ilocosurians and the development of the province in general.
