Philippine Red Cross National office Staff and Volunteers, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent movement staff (IFRC) Philippine Red Cross chapters from Ilocos Sur, La Union, Quezon City, and Laguna paid courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson at the Ilocos Sur Provincial Farmers Livelihood Center particularly the Office of the Governor yesterday 02 August 2022.
