Governor Jerry Singson attended the 2022 Philippine Councilors League Ilocos Sur Provincial Federation Election and General assembly today, 04 August 2022, at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center. In his message, he shared the current administration’s agenda towards One Ilocos Sur.
