The Department of Trade and Industry led by Assistant Regional Director of Region 1 Grace R. Lapastora distributed Livelihood Kits to the 36 small micro business owners from the different barangays of Vigan City through the Livelihood Seeding Program-Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (LSP-PPG).

Governor Jerry Singson attended the said distribution together with Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson Jr., Vice Mayor Randy Singson and other city officials.
