Governor Jerry Singson served as the guest of honor to the Blessing, Turn Over and Inauguration of the Lao-ingen Elementary School Water System Project.

The project served as the

source of water for everyones advantage in the said school.

Mrs. Florence Lopez, the head teacher thanked the administration of Governor Jerry Singson for allocating fund for this purpose.

Also present during the event were Mr. Nestor C. Heraña, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Engr. Jimmy Ano, Project Engineer, NPTCDC, Mr. Manuel Ano, Executive Director NPTCDC, Fr. Felix Costales, Parish Priest, Barangay Officials, parents and teachers.
