Provincial Administrator Marlon F. Tagorda, together with the Policy Strategists, met with the Provincial Council of Ilocos Sur Environmental Enthusiasts (ISEE) to discuss possible partnership with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in the creation of activities anchored on environmental responsibility and sustainable economic development.

ISEE is an organization committed to produce leaders and empowered youth who champion meaningful activities toward the protection of the environment.
