Governor Jerry Singson together with SPM Ericson Singson, SPM Art Oandasan, SPM Efren Rafanan and SPM Gina Cordero listened to the concerns of the different district hospital chiefs of Ilocos Sur.

The meeting was concentrated on the construction and rehabilitation of hospital buildings and purchase of medical equipment including personnel-related concerns.
