In aid to the continuous fuel price hike, the Deparment of Agriculture (DA) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) distributed fuel card subsidy worth P3,000 to the 110 corn farmers and fisherfolks of the First District of Ilocos Sur. The distribution was held at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

Governor Jerry Singson enjoins BFAR Regional Director Segundina Gaerlan, Agricultural Programs Coordinating Officer Jomar Dayap, Regional Corn Coordinator – Ilocos Sur, Mark Joseph Rola, Mr. Scott Singson – Office of the 1st District Representative, Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture SPM Efren Rafanan Sr., SPM Ericson Singson, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist staffs, various LGU Agricultural Technicians, and the farmers and fisherfolks of the province during the program.
