The TUPAD (Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/ Displaced Workers) Payout Program of the Department of Labor and Employment in partnership with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and the Local Government Unit of Sto. Domingo happened at the Sto. Domingo Peoples Coliseum this 20 September 2022.

One hundred eighty nine workers of the said municipality received P3,700.00 each for their ten day service.
