Governor Jerry Singson welcomed the participants of the Orientation on the Enhanced Public Financial Management Assesment Tool for LGU’s and its Electronic Version at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center this 22 September 2022.

Participating LGU’s were the two cities and 32 municipalities of Ilocos Sur.
