The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur targeted the municipality of Sta. Cruz for the ONE Ilocos Sur Health Caravan this 1 October 2022 at the Brgy. Sevilla covered court.

Thousands of patients from the second district of Ilocos Sur availed the one-day health caravan which Governor Jerry Singson brought to offer free medical and dental consultation, minor surgery, ophthalmology check-up, medicines, vitamins, assistive devices and food packs.

The Mobile Hospital of LCS Group of Companies of former Governor Chavit Singson was also in service during the medical mission.
