One hundred fifty one residents of Vigan City received Cash Assistance through the initiative of Governor Jerry Singson from the Office of Senator Bong Go downloaded to the DSWD under the Sustainable Livelihood Program, Livelihood Assistance Grant.

Present during the distribution were Governor Jerry Singson, Mayor Bonito Singson, Mr. Red Caparas, the representative of Sen. Bong Go and Mr. Roger Jimenez, Special Concerns Coordinator of DSWD-RO1.
