The ONE Ilocos Sur Local Economic Development Mentorship Program was held at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood and Development Center Lobby last 10 October 2022. It was participated by city and municipality Public Employment Services Officer (PESO), Local Economic Development and Investments Promotion Officers (LEDIPO) Tourism Officers and Agriculturists.

The said Mentorship Program enabled the participants know deeper the JUST ECONOMY as one of the strategic directions of Governor Jerry Singson.

Dr. Aser Javier, his Principal Consultant and Ms. Ellen Marie Jalandoni, the Executive Assistant to the Office of the Vice Governor in Negros Occidental, helped in facilitating this PGIS program.
