Tagudin Mayor Roque Verzosa and Vice Mayor Evangeline Verzosa, together with Governor Jerry Singson, Assistant Regional Director DPWH Regional Office 1 Engr. Emmanuel Diaz and Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer Engr. Nestor Pagaduan led the Blessing and Inauguration of the Marcelina Zamora-Laplana Bridge located in Cabulanglangan Tagudin.

This is the fourth bridge constructed in Ilocos Sur under the Tulay ng Pangulo para sa Kaunlarang Pang-agraryo or TPKP Project of the Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Public Works and Highways and the Local Governmet Unit of Tagudin. The three barangays that are benefitted to the said project were Brgy. Cabulanglangan, Ambalayat and Pallogan.
