The Ilocos Sur Provincial Jail celebrated the Prison Awareness month wherein Governor Jerry Singson served as an important guest last 17 October 2022.

The governor with the Provincial Warden Raymond Tabios administered the awarding of certificates to the 25 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) Organic Agriculture Production NCII completers, turn-over of wheelchair to the beneficiary, and the cermonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the University of Northern Philippines and the ISPJ.

With the governor were SPM Art Oandasan, SPM Jaja Tabios, UNP President Edwin Cadorna, ISPPO representative Marcelo Martinez Jr., TESDA representative Jake Quario, DILG representative Cynthia Pe Benito, PDEA Provincial Officer Annabel Cabarles, Provincial Health Office staff and UNP Extension Office Staff.
