Technologies in Coffee Production and Processing became the main focus of the Kape de Ylocos Trade Fair “Sustainability Forum” that was held at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

Governor Jerry Singson, represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, Vice Governor Ryan Singson, DTI RO1 Assistant Regional Director, Grace Lapastora, Eng. Jordan Abad, DOST Provincial Director, SPM Christopher Baterina, and Provincial Agriculturist, Erlinda Baltazar participated in the forum.
