The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur participated in the Electrical Float Parade as part of celebration of the 18th Feria de Candon featuring the creativity of 21 municipalities of the second district of Ilocos Sur.

For this year, floats were dressed with Disney theme recreating their favorite Disney movies and cartoons.

On board on the PGIS float were Señorita Feria 2019 & Saniata ti Ylocos Miss Environment 2020, Christine Marie Pastor Pacleb, SPM Ericson Singson, SPM Benjamin Maggay, SPM Boy Gironella, SPM Mildred Elaydo and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda.
