Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte served as the Keynote Speaker during the Opening Program of the 60th National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute (NRYLI) with a theme “Rizal in Dapitan an SDG Ahead of his Time” that was conducted at Teachers Camp, Baguio City this 15 December 2022.

Governor Jerry Singson, Knights of Rizal Past Supreme Commander attended the event together with Gerardo Calderon V. Calderon, KGCR Supreme Commander, Emmanuel F. Calairo, KGOR and Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, KCR.

During her speech, the Vice President encouraged the youth to become responsible citizens of the Philippines as they are preparing themselves to be the future leaders.
