The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur brought the One Ilocos Sur Health Caravan to the residents of San Esteban this 19 December 2022 as part of the town’s 2022 fiesta.

The recipients received free medical and dental consultation, minor surgery, and ophthalmology check-up, free medicines, vitamins, assistive devices and food packs.

Deokid/Biotech Foundation headed by Mrs. Cris Valdeo also joined the caravan and donated hundred pairs of slippers, toys and vitamins for the children.
