U.S. Embassy Economic Officer Mr. Ryan Essman paid courtesy call to Governor Jerry Singson last 25 April 2025.

Policy Strategist Genesis Forneas presented the ONE Ilocos Sur 10-point agenda, following an update to the natural beauty of Ilocos Sur by OIC Provincial Tourism Officer Michelle Adolfo. Provincial Planning and Development Officer Arch. Estrelita Rugnao also discussed the Vigan Airport and Ilocos Sur Special Economic & Freeport Zone proposed developments.

The meeting also served as a platform for the exploration of potential collaborations and opportunities for joint projects in the future.
