Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson, Governor Jerry Singson, and Narvacan Mayor Pablito Sanidad Sr. led the Turnover and Inauguration Ceremony of Balay Namnama (Crisis Intervention Center for Women & Children) and Balay INAnAMA (Hope for the Aged) this 21 June 2025, located at Sitio Limmansangan, Brgy. Margaay, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.

The Balay Namnama will serve as a temporary refuge for residents, especially women and children who have fallen victim to abuse, harassment, abandonment, and orphanhood. Aside from providing temporary shelter, it aims to deliver psychosocial care and interventions, including rescue and protection, as well as immediate medical attention to victims of all forms of abuse. For the Balay INAnAMA, it aims to empower seniors by helping them move independently while receiving the support that they need.
