The provincial government of Ilocos Sur launched the book Chavit Legends of the Philippines, where the life experience and legacy of former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson were featured. Governor Jerry Singson is in sincere hope that the book will truly be a handy tool for all to learn, or at least talk about, the life of the former governor.
