The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conducted the 2nd Youth Assembly ad2yakon participated by the different youth leaders of Ilocos Sur.

The assembly illuminated a path for the youth towards a brighter future, where young leaders rise with passion and purpose.

Governor Jerry Singson through SPM Third Ranches and SPM Victor Singson attended the event.
