The Department of Migrant Workers RO1 in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led the facilitation of the Financial Awareness Seminar – Small Business Management Training for the 17 distressed and displaced OFWs at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center this 24 June 2025.

This activity highlighted one of the directives of the DMW in providing full support to the OFWs and their families to help them successfully reintegrate into the community through providing psychosocial support and livelihood start-up. Governor Jerry Singson attended the event.
