The Ilocos Sur Festival 2025 honored, recognized, and celebrated the life of the elderlies during the Tribute to Elderlies held this 31 January 2025.

The event was highlighted by the awarding of the Most Functional FSCAP and OSCA, raffle draw, distribution of cash incentives, and chorale competition.

Panel of judges for the chorale competition were Mr. Elpidio Calixtro, Mr. Randy Quibilan, Ms. Ruth Langbayan, Mr. Alexis Ricanor and Ms. Karen Torcuato.

The audience was entertained with the songs performed by actor JM de Guzman.

Cluster 1 NCSC Commissioner Reymar Mansilungan represented by COL Rolando Cailing, DSWD Regional Director Marie Angela Gopalan, the provincial officials Governor Jerry Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Mildred Elaydo, Gina Cordero, Art Oandasan, and Third Ranches graced the event.
