A general meeting in preparation for the grand Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2023 was held at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center led by Governor Jerry Singson and the Creative Flow Event Manila.

The festival’s workforce were divided into different committees as well as the indicative schedule of activities.
