Governor Jerry Singson and Cabugao Mayor Josh Edward Cobangbang led the Ground Breaking of the soon to rise One Cabugao Agri – Civic Center this 5 December 2024.

The state-of-the-art facility is made possible through the collaboration of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, Office of Congressman Ronald Singson & Congressman Richelle Singson, Local Government Unit of Cabugao and Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson.
