Governor Jerry Singson formally opened the five-day Ilocos Sur Coffee Festival 2024 with Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Christopher Baterina, Third Ranches, Art Oandasan, and DTI Ilocos Sur Provincial Director Rosario Quodala at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center this 25 November 2024.

Various coffee and pastry shops of the province joined the Coffee Fair and Booth Competition brewing the best coffee experience from Ilocos Sur coffee beans.

As part of the Opening Program, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed between the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and the Department of Trade Industry granting the DTI to utilize an area at the One Ilocos Sur Café in Tagudin for the establishment of the ONE ILOCOS SUR OTOP HUB.
