The Department of Science and Technology Region 1, through its Provincial Science and Technology Center-Ilocos Sur has formalized partnership with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur to launch the latest Science and Technology Academic and Researched-Based Openly Operated Kiosk (STARBOOKS) and the installation of vending machine to promote and sell Ready-To-Eat and Ready-To-Drink One Town One Product of Ilocos Sur.
