Despite the bad weather due to storm Kristine, Governor Jerry Singson along with DOLE Field Office Head Marie Antonette Avila facilitated the awarding and turn-over of livelihood projects to the beneficiaries of rice retailing and goat raising in Ilocos Sur.

Ilocos Sur DOLE Focal Person Charity Ubilas and PESO Manager Mary Madeleine Salvador also took part in the awarding.
