The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conducted its One Ilocos Sur Health Caravan at the municipality of San Emillo, Ilocos Sur last 4 October 2024. This initiative aimed to enhance community wellness by offering free medical services, medicines, and foodpacks.

Deokid Foundation also distributed pairs of slippers, toys, and food for the children.
