The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur distributed food packs in response to the affected residents of Ilocos Sur by super typhoon Julian.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Mr. Jester Singson and Mr. Justine Singson, SPM Doc Art Oandasan, and PSWD Officer Kathleen Balbuena led the distribution.
