Fifty-eight newly hired and promoted Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur employees took their oath of office before Governor Jerry Singson this 23 September 2024 after the regular flag raising ceremony.

Governor Jerry Singson during his speech reminded every employee of the provincial government to ascertain that the provincial government is serious in developing the value of professionalism. With this, every provincial government employee must act only with the right conduct expected of a public servant.
