The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur hosted the first National Convention and Gawad Parangal 2024 of the Provincial Jail Wardens’ Association of the Philippines Inc. at the Balauarte Function Hall, Brgy. Salindeg, Vigan City.

Ilocos Sur Provincial Jail Warden Raymond Tabios was adjudged as one of the Outstanding Wardens across the country.

The Ilocos Sur Provincial Jail also received the following awards:

Best Livelihood Program

Best Sports Program

Best ALS/Educational Program

Best GCTA Implementor
