Viva Vigan, Longganisa Festival!

Governor Jerry Singson together with Vice Governor Ryan Singson and former Governor Chavit Luis Singson attended the Association of Barangay Captains Night and Search for the Miss Vigan City 2023 at the Plaza Burgos.

Austhrie Sanches won the crown and will represent the City in the search for Miss Ilocos Sur 2024.

Also present during the celebration were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Art Oandasan, Ronnie Rapanut, Jhajha Tabios, Third Ranches, Philippine Youth Ambassador Christian Singson, Javier Trading Corporation owner Mr. Steve Javier and University of Northern Philippines President Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna who was then hailed as Bigueño of the year during the program.

Aside from the lovely candidates, the night was filled with joy and excitement brought by Concert Queen Ms. Pops Fernandez and the Total performer Ms. Vina Morales.
