The Department of Health – Regional Office 1 through its Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) turned over medical equipment, barangay station packages and quick response fund to the Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital – Gabriela Silang, district hospitals, selected rural health units and barangay health stations.

Sinait Rural Health Unit received an ambulance through the initiative of Congressman Ronald Singson.

Regional Director Paula Sydionco encouraged the recipients to use the medical equipment in improving the delivery of health services in their respective areas.

Governor Jerry Singson, Congressman Ronald Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singson, Christopher Baterina, Third Ranches, Art Oandasan, and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda were present during the distribution.
