The Presidential Assistance to Farmers, Fisherfolk, and Families (PAFFF), a government program led by 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝘀, 𝗝𝗿., in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur has started its distribution to the farmers and fisherfolks of the province to help them recover from the incurred losses and impact brought by the phenomenon in the previous months.

P43 million assistance was allotted to Ilocos Sur and the next distribution will be conducted this 20 August 2024 at the Governor Titong Singson Memorial Auditorium, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur.
