The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) can now extend its programs and services in remote areas of the province through their Mobile Services.

This was made possible through the Memorandum of Agreement between the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and the PRC this 15 August 2024.

Services include facilitating transactions such as initial registration, renewal, and duplication of Professional Identification Cards (PICs), and processing applications for Certification of Good Standing, Board Rating Certification, and Board Passing Certification among others.
