The Schools Division of Ilocos Sur – Alternative Learning System Graduation and Completion Rites marked the well-deserved success of 401 students.

ALS passers and highest pointers received cash incentives from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur. Moreover, ALS teachers with students having the most number of passers were also recognized along with hall of fame awardees, and top-performing municipalities.

Governor Jerry Singson served as the Guest Speaker and delivered the Keynote Address, and a ceremonial distribution of assistive devices to students in need was also conducted during the program.
