Governor Jerry Singson led the distribution of fertilizers and floating feeds to more than 300 farmers and fisherfolks of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.

The governor was assisted by Mayor Pablito Sanidad Sr., SBM Jovenn Ampo Jr., SBM Alexa Antolin, Ilocos Sur BFAR Chief Mr. Benny Saraos, MAO Gary Cardona, Mr. Julius Bragado and OPAG employees.
